Account deletion

Delete yourFreightIQ account.

You can permanently delete your FreightIQ account and associated personal data directly inside the app using the steps below.

Account deletion does not require an email, phone call, or customer-support request.

How to delete your account

  1. Open Settings

    Sign in to FreightIQ, open Profile, and choose Settings.

  2. Choose Delete Account

    Delete Account appears separately beneath Log Out in the Account section.

  3. Confirm permanent deletion

    Review what is removed, continue, type DELETE, and confirm the final action.

Support can help with account access or app problems. Ordinary account deletion is completed directly in FreightIQ Settings.

What will be deleted

After the final in-app confirmation, FreightIQ deletes your account, profile, reports, votes, contacts, notes, program records, referrals, private images, and contributor attribution, except information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons.

Any information FreightIQ is required to retain will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Neutral stop facts

A business name, address, coordinates, and Delivery Zone may remain only after they are disconnected from your account. Your authored notes, contacts, private images, and attribution are removed.

Successful deletion signs the device out. The deleted account cannot be recovered.
